All listed items are confirmed fully operational prior to sale.

Operational Guarantee

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:

• All equipment is guaranteed to be fully functional upon arrival.

• Units are tested prior to dispatch.

• Equipment must match the description provided on the product page.

If an item arrives not as described or non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Period

 

We provide a 30-day operational warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Functional defects

• Failure under normal operating conditions

• Issues not disclosed in the listing

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation

• Misuse or modification

• Consumables or wear-and-tear components

• Calibration drift after delivery (unless calibration certification was explicitly included).

Returns Process

If you experience an issue:

1. Contact us with a description of the problem.

2. Provide photos or video if applicable.

3. We will assess the issue and provide return instructions if necessary.

Returned items must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Properly packaged for transit

• Not modified or tampered with

Once received and inspected, we will either:

• Issue a refund, or

• Provide a replacement (if available)

 

Shipping Damage

If equipment arrives damaged:

• Notify us immediately (within 48 hours).

• Retain all packaging materials.

• Provide photographic evidence.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
