For large or heavy equipment, delivery may be arranged via courier or freight service. In such cases, we will contact you to coordinate delivery details if required.

Freight & Large Equipment

 

For oversized or freight-class equipment:

• Equipment will be securely packaged and protected for transit.

• We may coordinate palletized freight shipping where necessary.

• A commercial address may be required for certain freight deliveries.

If special access conditions apply at your delivery location (e.g., limited access, liftgate requirement, residential freight), please notify us before ordering.

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

If additional preparation or coordination is required, we will communicate this clearly.

Shipping Damage

 

If your equipment arrives damaged:

2. Retain all packaging materials.

3. Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
